End grain cutting board. Great for cutting bread, dicing vegetables.  Wash with mild soap. Do not place in dishwasher Approximately: 12" x 9" x 1".  2oz of mineral oil included.

End grain cutting board - is easier on the knife and will last much longer.  When cutting, the edge of the knife goes between the fibers and those fibers are not severed.  End grain cutting boards require a multiple cut/glue step,

Care information

Please do not soak in water or put board in dishwasher to clean. Doing so may cause the board to break down.
Running board under tap water and then allowing to dry will keep your board clean and provide many years of use.
